SCOTT TAYLOR

Hello, my name is Scott Taylor and I am the Co-founder and CEO of Taylor Maleski. I have been providing residential and community support for Individuals with intellectual disabilities over the past six years. During my experience, I discovered a tremendous passion and admiration for the individuals I served.

Every individual I had the pleasure of working with strengthened my values and heightened my sense of responsibility. With this responsibility, my Co-founder Loretta and I teamed up to found an organization that provides high quality individualized supports to individuals in all facets of their lives. We strongly believe through our mission, values and exceptional supportive structure, each individual can achieve their goals and obtain a life they desire and deserve.

LORETTA MALESKI

Hello, my name is Loretta Maleski and I am the Co-founder and Supervisor of Taylor Maleski. In 2012, I started working for an organization that provided residential and community support for individuals with intellectual disabilities. My job was to assist each client to complete activities of daily living and integrate into their communities. My position and experience allowed me to visit many clients, their homes and communities. My gratitude for these individuals is endless. These people have given me joy, perspective and purpose.

While finding worth and happiness in my own life, I felt the services and supports for the clients were inadequate. I believe these people deserve care and respect. I also believe that each person deserves opportunities and assistance to reach their full potential. With these beliefs, my Co-founder Scott and I decided to open our own organization and begin providing meaningful and quality support to some of the most vulnerable and valuable citizens in our society.
